We dropped in for a sandwich about lunch time and were the first customers of the day. As we watched the lunch rush traffic out the windows we did enjoy excellent sandwiches, with a little ale.

Love the ambience. Typical pub with varieties to choose from the menu. Opted for the fish and chips, grilled trout and mac and cheese. Taste - authentic and simply delicious. My daughter loved the mac n cheese to the last bits. Friendly and helpful staff.
