Extremely thin piece of lemon drizzle cake for which I was charged £2 When challenged the nippy waitress stated it should have been £3 and she would charge me that if I wished. Unforgivable behaviour and service. Fortunately the more senior waitress, not a native...More

Our favourite coffee shop in Edinburgh! Friendly service, excellent food and coffee, lovely location and dog friendly. But it's the little touches that really set this coffee shop apart - like the fresh from the oven scones and home made jam. Lovely!

My usual place for a great tea while I cycle, today I stopped with the family & sampled the homemade cakes in the rear garden. They are as great as the loose tea I love & I will definitely be back to try the rest....More

Wonderful food and a lovely location. We came back repeatedly for the vegetarian breakfast! Somewhat of a secret too since the tourists get unfairly snagged by the bistro at Cramond Village. Don't go there. Go here. This is GREAT!

Description
Cramond Falls Cafe is situated in a beautiful spot on the River Almond, Edinburgh. We are known for our cakes and scones, our traditional Scottish breakfasts and our warm welcome. We have two large outdoor areas and a cosy lounge with log fire and 16th century doors. Our cafe is a thriving community of locals, tourists, walkers, cyclists, runners, families and individuals - we love dogs, too!
