After reading good reviews we were excited to visit the cafe, myself and 2 children arrived and went to enter indoors. Lady with red hair shouted,"were full" fair enough it was quite a busy day and the middle of lunch service. Made to stand for 5 mins whilst she fetched us seats. Sat down at table and waited and waited... More

Visited today with my husband and shih tzu for lunch. I asked the waiter if dogs were allowed in and he said only if they clean so he came to have a look at my dog and decided she wasn't clean enough even though she only had wet paws. So we sat outside and had a bowl of soup and... More

Have walked past a few times whilst walking in Cramond at the shore. What a lovely place in a beautiful location. Dropped in this morning for a coffee & couldn't resist the home baked scones so we had a cheese & a cinnamon & raisin scone which were very good. Nice big scones just out of the oven. Only suggestion... More

After a long walk along the Almond and Cramond Prom my friend and myself felt we deserved a reward (or at least a coffee). This seemed the ideal location as it was near the car park with a lovely, slightly rainy, view over to the Almond. I ordered Red Berry Tea and a Cinnamin and Saltana Scone, and my friend... More

It's not a cafe.... It's not a full blown restaurant... It's something different that's nice, pleasant, relaxing, informal, enjoyable. Popped in for first time today on impulse when passing at lunchtime - home-made soup, a chicken wrap and a coffee was excellent - service fast and friendly - cost reasonable. What more can you ask?

A great cafe at the end of the walk along Crammond beach. Worth a visit for friendly service and amazing millionnaire's shortbread!
