Lovely cafe in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. We visited for brunch. Good selection of foods and plenty of GF options on menu. Happy to add/alter items to suit. Great tasty food. Had oat milk latte too. Also had a GF cake option. Dog friendly,...More

We took our supper here after a long day trekking the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Our server was very patient with the littles in our party and the food was delicious.

Right, so from the outside this cafe doesn't look like much, but inside the cafe is cosy and quaint. Breakfast was so good we went back the next day. I am a huge fan of porridge, granola and yogurt kinds of breakfast, and my boyfriend...More

Service was slow but we were warned of this when ordering and actually the food came much more quickly than expected. We had brunch here. The avocado smash is a modest portion but tasty all the same - think it doesn't need either the poached...More

We had a very good lunch here after walking through Dean's Village and following the path along the river to Stockbridge. Then it was a nice walk back to the city center. Order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. Nice...More

This place does a good breakfast! I had the full breakfast minus the black pudding and it was great. The quality of the sausages and bacon are good. The bacon was crispy as I like I like it and the scrambled eggs were very soft...More

This, our 2nd visit, was as good as the 1st. The place is quirky, full of character and has a real buzz to it...great atmosphere. The range & quality of the food is excellent and a step-up from the ordinary. The soup-in-a-mug is a great...More

Stockbridge & Dean Village
Just downhill of New Town and attractively straddling
a river near the elegant Royal Botanic Garden, it’s
small wonder that Stockbridge became one of the city’s
first hip neighbourhoods. It’s now one of Edinburgh’s
most desirable, though many bohemian touches have
fallen away as its residents have matured and the area
has gentrified. Some second-hand shops cling on, but
