Had a bad experience in another branch as a vegan but decided to give this one a go. The server was very helpful with placing the order of a pizza without cheese and the cinnamon knots with the icing on the side (the icing isn't vegan but the knots are). It was a busy Friday night but the service was... More

Edinburgh Fountain Bridge - After trying to order pizza to our student accommodation with the discount on our freshers handbook we have been left very angry and frustrated. We were told we couldn't get the discount without using collection so we decided to do that instead, we were told that it'd be 15 minutes. However once we arrived at the... More

We called here to pick up a pizza as too late to get restaurant food. We had double layered pepperoni. It was lovely! The tomato paste exceptionally tasty and loads of topping. Really well priced.

In the area and needed something quick. Ok quality if a bit greasy. Pleasant service and the price with an offer was good. It's certainly better than some of the other chains although probably think dominoes has a better product.

Fantastic pizzas. Fantastic and prompt delivery service but let down by one minor error.......have 2 x oops vouchers for previously late deliveries, which weren't really late but the delivery guy insisted each time to give us a voucher, anyway called the shop after ordering on line the last couple of weeks to add the free side using the oops voucher.... Quite expensive unless you can get an offer. Double pepperoni was very salty so will not have that again. Good service and reasonably quick. Lots of deliveries so although looks quiet you will end up having to wait. Cola etc expensive so better to go to a local Sainsbury or Tesco Metro

I ordered the pizza through Just Eat service as Papa Johns would not deliver to my postcode. Pizza was good for a big chain pizza. It was delivered super fast and the delivery guy was very nice and happy. If you like american style Pizza delivered to your house fast then look no further. Likes: Speed of delivery There are... I recently tried out Papa John's for the first time, I normally always go to one of their rival companies but after hearing good things I thought I would try it out. I have to say after trying it I would rather opt for my other company choice in future. I felt the menu lacked in any originality and their... More

Staying in Southside & Holyrood

Neighbourhood Profile
Southside & Holyrood
Many of Edinburgh’s student hangouts gather around university buildings in Southside, the sort of neighbourhood that supports a long string of second-hand shops and eateries serving ethnic food for just a few pounds. In August the student population is replaced by vast numbers of boisterous visitors here for the Fringe, Edinburgh’s world-class comedy and arts festival which headquarters itself here. Flanking Southside are two great parks. The Meadows is a vast flat and sporty space where football, rugby, tennis, cricket, croquet, and golf often all take place side by side. Kids in its big playgrounds add to the joyful noise. Far bigger and much wilder, Holyrood Park extends to the east and provides a real hike up Arthur’s Seat, but the district is best known as the site of Scotland’s Parliament and its premier Royal Palace—and their steady stream of sightseers.
