First visit to a pub in St Andrews for over 20 years. Early lunch so we were the first customers. Staff friendly, Good selection of real ales - plus a Cider at over 6%! If it had been evening would have had that. The two beers I had were both in excellent condition. Had the 'world famous' Cri Pie, Chicken... More

Went with friends for a few drinks after being out for a meal. Live music wasn't brilliant, couldn't make out what the lovely young girl was singing, some tunes were familiar but couldn't make out a word. Bar staff were good, pub wasn't overcrowded and everyone was very polite. Nice pub, I would go again.

An interesting place, with a mix of longstanding regulars, students, and a few visitors, including odd individuals once banned...! So, a colourful blend of customers should entertain you. We went to try the famous pies and hadn't really been primed for the 'cow pie' sort of experience:- they are huge, with everything - veg. included - under the top crust.... More

Came highly recommended from friends. Large attraction it was dog friendly and we were not disappointed, they were excellent with our dog. Good selection of beers, lagers and cider served very well. The famous Cri pie lives up to expectations and is a meal in itself. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to my friends.

Visited with friends who had been before and had enjoyed it. We had the deal for a bacon roll with either a tea or coffee for £ 3.50. Great value. You get a choice of types of coffee and teas. The bacon roll is lightly toasted and warm. The setup in the pub is great as it is dog friendly,... More
