Came yesterday for a birthday meal, service excellent but felt let down with there not being all the dishes available due to a menu change. (These things happen I know) The food was really no more than average and didn't wow any of us.

We weren't able to order a number of items on the menu because they had run out, which was very disappointing. They refused to honour a discount offered for downloading their app. And offered no discount at all for having to order more expensive wine...More

Ten family members gathered at Miller and Carter to celebrate a graduation. We were given an excellent circular table at the back of the restaurant. A perfect spot. It meant we could have fun and banter without disturbing anyone. It also gave us privacy. The...More

At Miller & Carter we know a thing or two about steak. In fact, we could say that we're one of the best steakhouses in Glasgow. But we'd rather leave that to your judgement. Because once you've tasted our hand-cut, 30-day aged Scotch beef you'll soon appreciate the care of our farmers, the exacting standards of our butchers and the passion of our chefs.
