Another trip to Scotland. Another visit to the drum and monkey. Excellent Cullen skink. Fantastic fish and chips. Great beers and a good range of single malts. A warm welcome even when busy. Do not pass this one by.

Great pub, always a happy atmosphere and quick service. Amazing food and great sized portions too. Love a Fri night or Sat afternoon in here, just having a few pints and a laugh.

The atmosphere and location of this Glasgow establishment can't be beat. Would recommend for a round of drinks. The food, while nicely presented, was lacking in flavor and tastefulness -- my fish & chips looked appetizing but was oh so disappointing. Hubby ordered the meat...More

Been here a couple of times now, Ideal place to meet up with friends in the city ,handy for buses and trains. Prices average for city pubs and food was good.

No complaints about the range and price of drinks, but staff are under lot of pressure so need to keep an eye on your orders!

So pleased to have found this as we'd looked at several others on our 2 day break in Glasgow and been disappointed. Lovely old building, welcoming interior with plenty of seating areas. Staff couldn't be more obliging. Good choice of real ales. Extensive range of...More

Came here twice over the weekend. Nice atmosphere, great beer (according to my husband) and the food looked ok although we didn't eat. The pub is part of the Nicholson chain owned by Mitchel and Butler but it's well done and we would recommend it.

I'm not sure as not a 'regular' Jill. They do have a big screen which I believe is mostly tuned to sports so it's a possibility. May be best to give them a call.
