Managed to get the excellent 3 course meal as we were there at 6pm. What value for money!! Coming from Norway we were seriously impressed. Have already recommended it to other friends. Friendly service and great food especially the sea bass.

Lovely food, lovely service, thank you. We have not dined here for a while-our mistake! The only thing missing was a little piece of tablet or chocolate with our coffee.

We were a party of three and everyone went for something different. Unfortunately all of the oysters were gone but an excellent substitute of scallops was more than an adequate substitute. All or our servings were served cooked to perfection and we had an excellent Picpoul De Pinet white form the relatively good wine list to wash them down. Of... More

Came in without a reservation after peering through the window to see many empty seats. That should have been the first sign. We weren't greeted with the warmest of welcomes and were told we could only sit by the door and our table had to be back in an hour and a half. The waitress was very scruffy with long... More

A small group of us meet each month for lunch but on this occasion diaries forced us to meet in the late afternoon for food, fiction and fantasy. No fuss tasty white wine as recommended by the waiter; summer Isles smoked salmon was wonderful and the curry was delicious, delicate and flavoursome. Lovely lunch! Good value

Very nice lunch. Everything we had was very well cooked, well presented and the service was good. Not a lot of people there at lunch time....it gets busy in the evenings I'm sure. This is a good restaurant and if you haven't been you should go.

This was our second Xmas having lunch here. Chosen because we all loved the previous year and we were not disappointed. Again atmosphere was relaxing, food was first class with service to compliment this, an overall perfect choice for Xmas lunch if you dont want the crackers, noise and tinsel. We were looked after from the moment we walked through... More

2nd visit to this establishment as a tourist. Food is very good and well presented. Although I would like to see slightly more on the plate and less need for bread basket top ups. Good wine selection. An order was brought entirely wrong but was rectified professionally

Crayfish starter was good. Fresh seafood with delightful sauce, getting right balance of cool creaminess with a good kick. Shame it came with half a piece of supermarket pitta bread. Seabass was excellent. Perfect texture throughout- soft flavoursome fish browned off with delicate crunch. The green salsa hit right note of oil and zest. Unfortunately the mange tout had not...
