I come here a couple of times a month for a treat and always get a takeaway. I always go for the chicken tikka chasni, mixed pakora, saffron rice and a nan bread. It's honestly beautiful and the best curry I've tasted. Don't forget too...More

Foods amazing, staff are helpful and a great laugh. Loved the unusual interior! Definitely a talking point. Cannot reccommend it enough!

The restaurant was full and although we hadn't booked the wait was minimal. Service was great and the food was delicious and plentiful. A slight negative was that they charge for the pickles etc that come with the popadoms. I would certainly come again.

Up in the city for a few nights and fancied a curry. Really impressed. Great, simple, no nonsense food, excellent service and it won't break the bank. Will definitely be back

We visited as a group of 4, and previously booked the table. We were a bit early but still seated when we arrived. We were given 2 menus, a 'set lunch' value menu and an a-la-carte. The prices were very reasonable especially for the city...More

Description
KoolBa is a warm, modern, and inviting authentic Indian restaurant in Glasgow, located in the heart of the Merchant City. We have worked hard and KoolBa has now become synonymous with quality Indian and Persian cuisine. We have achieved this with our commitment to using the best local produce, fresh herbs, carefully selected whole spices, but above all offering genuine appreciation and care to all of our customers. We are committed to providing freshly made to order dishes to Glasgow's diners. Some customers enjoy switching between our Indian and Persian dishes with each course, and in particular, many of our regular diners recommend our homemade chicken pakora as a firm favourite, along with freshly made peshwari naan. Open for Merchant City Festival from 20/07 Monday Noon till the end of July!
