Just back from having a lovely meal tonight. My son and I booked a January sale meal. Plenty of choices for me - a carnivore- and for my son who is a pescatarian. Food was delicious and well presented. All produce is sourced in Scotland. Staff were attentive and very friendly. You won't leave this restaurant hungry!! If you get... More

My husband and I got married at St. Andrews in the Square in 2011, so I must admit that I am a bit biased! I love Cafe Source. The food is delicious! I had the haggis bonbons and fish with risotto. My husband had haggis bonbons *and* a haggis main. (We no longer live in Scotland, so we stock up... More

Under an 18th century church this restaurant has bags of ambience! The menu isn't huge but the food is superb! The Cullen Skink is beautifully served and tastes wonderful! Friendly staff and excellent food makes this a must to visit in the city! Check when Celtic Football Club is playing at home. If yes then wait till the match is... More

My colleagues and I were booked for a very expensive dinner and ceilidh. I couldn't make it and although I gave plenty of notice they absolutely refused to help. All I asked was that I be able to come another night. They just quoted the contract and instead are going to cook and serve the full meal to an empty... More

I found the staff to be efficient, welcoming ,pleasant and helpful. The decor was nice. The band ( Cosmopolitan) was amazing...but what made this a lowly 2 is that they had no vegan options on the menu. While the staff did their best i ended up with a bowl of tomato soup and a small piece of bread, then a... More

Visited on a Sat night and it was busy, however service was friendly and efficient. Some good Scottish fare on offer and out of our party of 6 no one had a bad meal quite the opposite. The setting underneath the church is unusual and has a little of a cafe feel but in a good way. Whilst on outskirts... More

We were visiting friends in Glasgow and they suggested giving this restaurant a try as it was highly rated on Tripadvisor. The restaurant is in an unusual location and is situated underneath a church in a quieter street off the main thoroughfare of Merchant City. I thought the food itself was great (haggis bon bon starter – worth trying) and... More

This wasn't expensive but the food could be compare with pub grub. The ox cheek with mash starter was good, the linguine with braised beef and black pudding was strange and didn't work and the fish and chips greasy and I wondered if they were frozen .......sorry just didn't enjoy this

The setting is incredible- under an eighteenth century church! The menu is intriguing with the best Cullen Skink in the world! The mains are delicious but the sweets top the lot! A visit to Glasgow wouldn't be complete without a visit to St Andrew's Square!
