Place was really busy at circa 11pm but doormen and staff were friendly. Lots of bar staff on so didn't wait long to be served. Lots of sofas to lounge on but all taken, so we stood by the bar to drink. Seems to be a very popular venue, with MTV on big screens; imagine it gets packed for sports.... More

My wife and our 2 friends were there on Saturday night. We really enjoyed the meals and drinks, the staff were very attentive and prompt, considering they had 2 large tables for 30th birthday party 10 out of 10 to them. Great value for money for food and drinks.

Popped in here to watch the rugby and found a live band on. Bar had a great atmosphere and staff friendly... Floors a bit sticky but probably the excitement of the rugby!

We had an early evening meal here recently. Good range and choice of dishes cooked in an 'open' kitchen. Staff very nice and welcoming. Food was very enjoyable. I would recommend.

We discovered this place by accident on our way to The People's Museum. We sort of ummed and arred whether to go in or not as we were getting a bit peckish and wanted some lunch. Having been in Glasgow a few days by now I was wanting to try traditional Scottish food and drink so I was delighted to... More

I love this place for cocktails, burgers and mid week drinks. We came in on a Saturday night, it was exceptionally busy. Was difficult to get a table due to the number reserved for large groups but finally got somewhere downstairs. Upstairs was exceptionally loud with live music, which seemed to be going down a treat. We had a number... More

I visited this pub on a Saturday night, the atmosphere was fantastic as was the band playing everyone has a wee dance and were generally really happy. We stayed for a couple of drinks then moved on but came back later in the evening and went downstairs to sit, what a difference this made, downstairs was quite dingy and dirty... More

Called in for lunch over the weekend. Good choice on menu. Had burger with black pudding and blue cheese, asked for extra blue cheese but didn't materialize, hardly any. Burger was good and fries yummy. Hubby's chilli had to go back as was not hot. Staff are friendly. Good list of cocktails.
