Lush food, nice staff, board games, comfortable seats, good acoustic nights and pub quizzes. All round nice place for either coffee/breakfast in the day or a chilled evening drink.

Went in today for lunch. Delicious lentil soup (could have been hotter mind you), excellent salad with black pudding, chorizo and poached egg. Charming service, good beer and well priced. Thoroughly recommend. Just make sure the soup is hot.

Friendly, casual setting for a good range of food, friendly staff and decent menu. No need to dress up, no need to rush. Local parking a pain but plenty along Dumbarton road.

My wife and I had the full breakfast works for lunch as they do an all day until 5.30. It was nice sunny day in Thornwood/Whiteinch at the extremities of the west end. An oasis of culture in a concrete desert.

Went with group of friends for 60th birthday, food was lovely and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The place has a great vibe, and we all enjoyed dancing the night away to a fabulous band. Fantastic place to have as our local.

Hi. Although we don't have a separate menu, we do have several items which are gluten free, such as gumbo, chilli, fishcakes and nachos. Many of our meals come with bread on the side, so you can just ask your server to not... More
