The Brooklyn Cafe is a place that I have wanted to visit for many years, but just never seem to find myself getting around to doing. I had a early start conference taking place at Hampden Park, so thought I would get along early and have a breakfast at the Brooklyn Cafe (as I would be passing it any way)... More

We love this cafe we always leave so full and happy. The staff who served us (Michael & Jannane) were brilliant. The food was really nice, it came really quickly which was handy, as I was pretty hungry...the ice-creams were amazing as well. Thanks for looking after us :) See you again!

It is said a little of what you fancy does you good. Fancied a crispy bacon roll and friend hadn't tasted a roll and lorne (square flat) sausage in a long time. Brilliant rolls - not supermarket soft roll with the best tasting bacon ever! Lovely large mug of tea - you brew it yourself and a freshly made fruit... More

I hadn't been here for a number of years but used to come a lot because it was good. We both had All day breakfasts-£7.69 with oj. I couldn't say the food was any better than alright but it was the worst square sausage I've had. It was anaemic looking and I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Quite disappointed... More

It's pretty unusual to find a place that can satisfy even the most enthusiastic carnivore and their vegetarian loved ones, but this place seems to have everyone covered. Their vegetarian blue cheeseburger has been a total hit with everyone who I have taken there and I am a big fan of the pulled pork. The staff are so friendly, quick... More

Amazing breakfasts! Spoiled for choice, big hearty all day breakfast , pancakes, French toast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and much more.Something to please everyone and nothing too much trouble for our friendly waiter Pete who went out of his way to make sure everyone in our large party was happy. Would highly recommend.

Big family breakfast table of eleven to deal with but Pete was very patient and charming. What a star!

Open since 1931, The Brooklyn Café has served its fair share of customers. With an American/Italian menu in the restaurant patrons can choose from plenty of classics from a freshly rolled pizza to full rack of babyback ribs and everything in between!Leaving with a smile on your face is a safe bet though as the homemade Ice-Cream has been a massive hit and is made daily on site. With more experience than most of the the surrounding eateries put together the Brooklyn café know how to keep everyone happy.
