Visited Glasgow Fort tonight for dinner and a film and was totally disappointed. Ordered the new york bbq chicken and the wife had the chicken parmigiana. The parmigiana was of a good portion 2 chicken breasts, fries and tasteless pasta with sauce out of a packet. The bbq chicken was half of the size of 1 of the chicken breasts... More

Ordered a pasta spaghetti take away plus Garlic bread. Cost £14.95. When waitress brought the takeaway box the girl behind the bar asked if this included garlic bread. She was told it did. Box passed to me after I paid. Stupid me didn't check the box. When home there was NO GARLIC BREAD cost £4.95. Absolute disgrace.

Food was fine, nothing spectacular but nothing offensive. Service was good. Wouldn't go back in a hurry but it was adequate for what we were looking for.

The starter came out garlic pizza bread, too much oil, then came the mains specifically said nothing on the burger only cheese, then to find relish on the burger, I don't send food back because I find it rude, though the burger was dry so I left most of it and didn't eat the bun at all as it had... Live near this particular frankie and Bennys, so have been few times now for convenience and value for money. Food is average and so is the service, but it's good portions for the price and good choice if your with a group. Expectations have never been very high when visiting a Frankie and Bennys as I know what I am... More
