What can I say, the staff in this place should really consider a career change, one guy in particular, who seemed to be the supervisor was rude, indifferent and acted as though he wanted to be anywhere else but there. I stood for 10 minutes waiting to be served and some guy walked straight up beside me the barman addressed... More

Hi Thanks you for your feedback and sorry for the lack of service to which you received. I will address the Team members that were working that shift as customer service is very important to me. The Scottish game was a big event in Glasgow hence why we had the volume on the other match, not so big for us... More

Makes for a great starting point for a pub crawl but I wouldn't see me spending huge amounts of time here.

Going to the O2 ABC (2 doors along street) and wanted a quick bite to eat before show. Yates's looked ideal, menu is varied enough with an attractive "2 for" offer on selected meals, food delivered quickly and was good. Looked like a good selection of beers/ales on tap, didn't try on this occasion but noted for future! We're not... More

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and a few drinks before a gig up the road. The place was quiettish but still waited over half an hour for a mixed grill and a steak ciabatta. I opened the ciabatta and found 4 cubes of steak the size of a dice with a few strands of red onoon, should... More

In glasgow for a couple of days and went to the local yates for some food and couple of drinks. Had the fish and chips which was huge and couldn't eat it all. Excellent value. Favourite part of the visit was the staff. Girl was really polite and friendly and the guy was a cheeky sod but in the friendliest... More

Spacious with range of seating. Good prices. Accessible for city centre shopping or leisure. I recommend visiting during the day. Quieter. Friendly.

Visited here mid-week with my wife on a short city break to Glasgow. It was fairly busy when we arrived but there were quite a few free tables. I went to the bar to order our meals and our first choice (Steak and Ale Pie) was sold out - no sign or anything. So I had to go back and... More

Went here on a Sunday at lunchtime, the drinks are cheap and they have brand bottles and beers. The food is awful and won't eat there again

Popped in here with a friend before we attended a gig nearby. Decent no frills boozer. Got served quick at the bar and the staff were nice and friendly. Could easily have stayed on as the music was good and there seemed to be a good crowd in. Drinks weren't expensive. I've been in previously for food too and couldn't... More
