As you will see from my reviews I give fair reviews. This place is a MUST. Service from graham and his associate was fantastico....now lets move on to the food. 2 of my guests had the fish stew... still talking about it. It was 5 star. I am not a fan of fish so had the chicken and it was... More

Visited here today for about the forth time this year, I think the food was lovely, however we were too cold to enjoy the meal. I had to put my coat on as the place was cold and every time the door opened we got a cold blast, I have never, every sat in a restaurant before with my coat... More

Dear JBerry06, Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. I sincerely apologise if your experience was dampened by the cold weather. We are aware that when the temperature is extremely low for such a small restaurant, with a main door which opens into the restaurant floor this can cause an issue for our customers. We have taken... Re-visited today for lunch with friends and all four of us were very satisfied with both the quality of food and the service provided.

Had lunch at the Fish People Café before the start of the Glasgow Sub Crawl and I have say it was extremely nice. As you would expect by the name, the restaurant mainly serves fish, and they do it beautifully. if you book on 5pm.com you get a two course meal with a glass of wine for around £15.00. Hidden... From the moment we entered we were delighted with the service, efficiency and professionalism of this restaurant. And that was before we even tasted the food which was delicious, beautifully served and a culinary delight. My favourite Northern Ireland restaurant is Harry's Shack, my English top choice is The Old Bakery, Lincoln and until now I didn't have a top... More

Not just fabulous food, fabulous people. When looking for a safe place to send my niece, a Fort William girl lost in Glasgow, I thought of here. Quick jump on the nearest underground, off at Shields Rd couldn't be handier. The staff were lovely, looked out for her and fed her comforting hot chocolate until I could get there from... More

My partner and I visited the restaurant on Tuesday evening. We didn't have a reservation but thought we'd chance our luck as we were passing and I'm so glad we did. We had the chilli and ginger crab and the scampi special (probably the best scampi I've ever had) to start followed by the grilled tarbert and crab linguine. All... More

Visited with friends and family at the weekend. Service was first class. Smart, polite waiting staff serving amazing seafood. From our starters of crab mouse to their delicious dessert selection, we all had a delightful dining experience. Will definitely return and would thoroughly recommend.

Was here in September with a group of friends for lunch service was brilliant nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Although small this restaurant is a gem. The menu was great and the food was stunning. Fresh fish done well. Well worth a visit.

This seafood restaurant has been on my wish list for a long time. On a dreary friday afternoon we received a warm welcome at the fish people cafe. Our server was very polite and attentive. The manager was also very helpful and friendly. We ate from the lunch/early evening menu which was a very reasonably priced £17 for 3 courses.... More
