After beeing dissapointed with this place a while ago, me and my partner decided to give them another chance. We came on Sunday, the day of big polish charity event, (Restaurant supports this event), so we expected place to be busy. I phoned up ahead to ask for the table, and whoever answered the phone was really nice and seemed... More

If you want to try a polish cuisine this is a great place. It's a place with home polish dishes. Prepared like mothers in home. Great atmosphere and people there.

My wife is originally from Western Ukraine, and after moving to Scotland in 2006 the one thing that she has missed more than anything is proper Pierogi/Varenyky, and though we have tried other restaurants like Cafe Cossachok, or purchased our own in Lidl or Eastern European Shops, it has never been the same for her. U Jarka located in the... More

We stopped by here after a visit to the science centre. The restaurant looks very much like restaurants in Poland. They offer a nice selection of soups, potato pancakes, meat dishes, and pierogis. The potato pancakes with mushroom were nice and crispy. The service is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return for a proper pierogi fix.

Lucky to live next door to this lovely wee polish restaurant. Excellent food and excellent service. The meat dumplings were my personal faveourite, but I would also recommend the beetroot soup.

Visited here with Polish and German friends and it was superb. The food is so good and the staff are friendly and attentive. Visiting again with family this week and cannot wait for the bacon and egg soup, served in a hollowed out loaf!

Thank Mark H
