I love this little restaurant. I am in Hynland about once a year, and always try to make it here. Their staff is friendly, their food is delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is particularly enjoyable to sit outside if it isn't raining. The cafe even offers blankets to keep you warm. Definitely try to stop in for a... More

Lovely girls working, as I walked in I was greeted with a smile Lost a star on availability of items, no avocado or bread for sandwiches. I get that it's late in the day but I expect all items to be available during your opening hours However their friendly helpful attitude directed me to other items which would compliment my... More

Even in the hottest weather Kitchen Window manages to produce the freshest food. Today there was strawberry Danish pastries! Scones, cakes, salads, mini quiches all made this morning. I tried the sausage and black pudding roll. I would highly recommend it served hot with ketchup. They don't serve breakfast but this certainly goes some way to making up for that... More

Tried this cafe by chance while in Hyndland and was pleasantly surprised ,had coffee and cake and it was just lovely the staff are very nice ,helpful and showed great patience with an elderly man who was quite eccentric . The place is immaculately kept . I will certainly return well done folks

Was walking by and stopped in for a quick bite. Their lentil soup was excellent and we split a roast beef sandwich. Everything looks great here. They bring your goodbye u and u pay when done. Inexpensive and delicious.

I would recommend the Portuguese Custard Tarts. They are gluten free rice pastry. The chef is a wizz.

Today, my wife, daughter and I travelled into Glasgow's West End, Hyndland to be precise. As we walked about the shops in the heavy snow, we decided to pop into The Kitchen Window for a quick spot of lunch. This small eating place is very popular, especially considering there is plenty of competition nearby. We were warmly welcomed by the... More

Popped in to get something quick to take away. Delicious sausage rolls, fresh tasty spicy ginger loaf and excellent apple strudel. Looks like there's more seating there too than there used to be if sitting in, best eating place on the street.
