We dined here recently with our daughter. We were welcomed warmly and shown to a table. The restaurant was warm and comfortable. My daughter and I ordered salmon and my husband the lasagne. He is quite an expert on lasagne as we dine in various Italian restaurants. After a considerable wait, which was blamed on the preparation of the salmon... More

I went for a meal there with my husband earlier this month. The service was impeccable and the food, amazing. The waitress recommended the wine with the meal and she was spot on. Lovely place.

Looking at this restaurant's situation in the city, I had high expectations. The service was graceless, the food average - my calves liver came with string attached and the only highlight was the tiramisu which was delicious. An average experience which I wouldn't go out of my way to repeat. Well, maybe it was because it was Monday night.

Popped in for coffee with friends. Great coffee, lovely surroundings. Called again the following day for light breakfast and were welcomed like regulars. The staff are happy friendly and some quite quirky. I could sit and people watch all day long in this place as there is a steady stream of what appeared to be regular customers meeting friends. This... More

Beside our hotel and really liked the look of this restaurant immediately. Staff were fantastic and very quick to see to our needs. Had the sea fish pan, absolutely excellent and an unbelievable quantity compared to fish restaurants we would normally visit. The food quality was out of this world. Had the best tiramisu my wife has ever had which... More

Dinner was incredible! The bruschetta was a lovely starter and it's definitely worth adding the mozzarella. The pasta was incredible, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I finished off with apple pie, which was again delicious. Interesting not to have cinnamon, which meant the apple flavour came through without being overpowered. It was a fantastic meal and I'll be back.

We went there later in the evening without a reservation. We were seated promptly and courteously. The wine selection was very good. I had the vongole. It was full of clams and very flavourful. The service was excelelnt. I would return.

We spent a beautiful long lunch in Sartis Bath Street and we had a truly wonderful day. I couldn't fault it for a second. The menu is varied with so many different dishes to chose from. The setting, decor and ambience is truly authentic and we felt we were back in Italy for the day. We opted for Bruschetta and... More
