Best Indian in town. Fantastic food, friendly staff, value for money, great service. Well worth a visit. We have been a few times and now we wouldn't go anywhere else as always brilliant food.

We wanted to have some Indian food and after reading some reviews I decided this is the place for us. Although it didn't get the best reviews, it was the closest to our hotel, and it was the only Indian restaurant open in the afternoon . After visiting this place I have to admit I don't understand why the score... More

I went to Kama Sutra last Monday and I tried the Chicken Biryani which was excellent. It is actually my favorite Biryani in Glasgow. However I asked to the server if the chicken was free-range, and it was not the case, this is really a pity. I think free-range should be the minimum in any good restaurant...

Two of us went for pre-theatre before going to a concert at the o2ABC across the road. Been here before and find it to be good value, prompt service and very nice food. I thought I would be brave and opted for the Madras Chicken. Wow was it hot, so much so that I had to order the Mango Lassi... More

This is one of our regular spots for a curry if we are in Glasgow city centre later in an evening. As another reviewer ahs said, portions are not massive, but perfectly adequate. Food is always piping hot and service was excellent.

I visited the Kama Sutra when in Glasgow on business as it was recommended by the staff of the nearby Premier Inn who also had discount vouchers offering 20% off the cost of a meal. The restaurant is located on Sauchiehall Street across the road from the dental hospital at Charing Cross and is a five minute walk from the... More

Went to this resturant of the back of TA reviews and to be honest its average at best. One member of staff very surly more interested in going home than getting our food right and didn't believe me when I pointed out I had the wrong food. Lamb was very good and very tender the sauce on my was fairly... More

Description
Release your inner strumpet at the Kama Sutra, a salacious Indian on Glasgow's Sauchiehall Street. A truly tantalising feast for the senses, this intimate candlelit restaurant boasts a menu with titles including 'Saucy Suggestions' and 'Old Flames'. The exotic eastern cuisine includes favourites such as the popular karahi bhoona, and low-calorie curries such as the salmon and prawn masala. The Mixed Thali menu gives set menu options for two, or if you're feeling abnormally audacious, four. Popular for business lunches and parties, the Kama Sutra restaurant attracts both tourists and locals, and has a downstairs function room with DJs and a karaoke machine.
