Had been looking forward to this for some time but was left very disappointed. Starters were ok but the quail egg served on top of the asparagus risotto was really overcooked. Pork main with octopus and chorizo was poor. Left the octopus as very chewy and probably not boiled long enough before cooking to serve with the dish. Pork was... More

I decided to have a change from the city restaurants. I booked a table for a celebration birthday. The restaurant is small, the staff were lovely. We ate from the 5pm pre theatre menu. Our food tasted and looked lovely. I visited this restaurant when it opened 16 years ago. I was not disappointed. Would highly recommend.

It must have been our night, because we walked in to the tiny restaurant and they had a cancellation. With only about 12 tables, you need to plan ahead. And you should, because it was a wonderful meal. I had the ox cheek...yum. Husband had salmon. We didn't have room for dessert, but it looked good.

We had purchased a voucher which promised a fine dining experience and we were not let down at all. It was a 5 course set menu and every course got better and better. It was a set menu but don't be put off by that and I can honestly say at first I thought the portions were small but by... More

Great little restaurant with the most helpful and attentive staff. Had a great meal on 12th May and although the menu is fairly limited, all food was exceptional and well priced. It's a taxi ride from the city centre but well worth it, although be wary if any events are being held at the Exhibition Centre as the restaurant will... More

We often use trip advisor for suggestions when away and again the reviews were not wrong, though some of the menu was for the more adventurous, which we sadly are not so stuck with Chicken🙄However the dessert menu was a challenge to pick from, I wanted everything, even though the chicken had filled me up! The staff were very friendly... More

Pre concert meal with Family and Friends , what an amazing , compact and welcoming restaurant. £20 three course pre theatre offer is great value. All dishes are freshly prepared and presented with a great deal of flair. Speaking with the owner he mentioned reservations were a must if there are any concerts /events in the nearby Glasgow SEC. Off... More
