Lovely meal in here, nice family friendly restaurant. Booked before we went in order to be sure we could get a table. Couldnt fault this place, it was really busy easter friday, but we didnt have to wait too long for food to arrive.

With just a short while in the city centre before the bus to the airport, called in here. Great service, great food and great price. Clearly the locals use this, as was full, a good indicator of a restaurant in my view. Highly recommend so long as you don't expect gourmet!! Love,y ladies serving too

We were in Glasgow to see Steve Hackett in Concert at the Glasgow Royal Theatre and were recommended to this restaurant by the Holiday Inn Express next door where we were staying. We had food from the Pre-Theatre Menus for £12.50 and it was very good. I had Prawn Cocktail as I had not had it for a long time... More

I visited this a hesitate to say restaurant with colleagues and ordered a breast of chicken, which was plasterer in cheese, a mm thick and tasteless. I returned the food was offered a replacement, but declined and said I would prefer to to be charged! The manager came to the table and embarrassed me in front of my 20 colleagues... More

I have visited this place couple of times during my previous visits to Glasgow. I always ordered the pasta as their preparation is fantastic. However this time I thought of trying something different. I had nachos and salmon. I enjoyed the nachos but the salmon was okay. Maybe I'll order pasta on my next visit. Other than that, the service... More

Eat their yesterday for lunch as going to theatre in afternoon. Wife had the pepperoni pizza which althouigh gluten free was really soggy in the middle. I had the burger which was ok but salad especially tomato had seen better days. Poor choice for puddings for a celiac as the only option available was the ice cream, lazy and easy... More

Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy but we had no problem getting a table. Orders were taken quickly enough and there was a good selection. Prices seemed reasonable. Drinks and then starters came within an acceptable time although it was just a couple of garlic breads to share, however it took an hour from entering to receiving the main... More

We ate here in August when we were in Glasgow for my cousins 18th, the food was great, so much so we ate here both nights of our trip and there was something for everyone, the prices were amazing as there was a deal when we were there, it was easy to get a table as we had reserved for... More

1/2 course menu for the large generously size dish is real value for money for large family or company. Kids menu is only 1.35 per dish. Real Italian taste and size. Recommended for a must to visit.

We have been regulars in here for a few years now and it is my favourite of all the Di Maggio restaurants. The staff in here are lovely and helpful. They are fast in serving and very accommodating. The food in here is always lovely, I've never had a bad meal yet. I am vegetarian and they have dishes to... More

Description
Di Maggio’s Theatreland is located on West Nile Street, opposite the Royal Concert Hall and moments walk from several of Glasgow’s main theatres and cinemas. Like the other Di Maggio’s in Glasgow and beyond, it is very family-friendly, but its chic contemporary styling, expanses of glass and bustling atmosphere lend it a more adult tone. Located opposite Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall and a matter of moments walk from many of Glasgow’s main theatres and cinemas, Di Maggio’s Theatreland is a magnet for both audience members and performers, looking for a quick pre-theatre bite to eat or post-show wind down. Our Italian Pizzas are a speciality, with an authentic wood-fired pizza oven giving great results every time, and the full Di Maggio’s menu is on offer alongside great value lunch and pre-theatre menus.
