I liked the food here but the staff was very rude. I was visiting Glasgow for work and stopped in here for dinner. It was fairly crowded so I guessed I was at a good place. I ordered several items off the menu and with the exception of the calamari which was spoiled the rest was good. My bill was... More

Visited a couple of days ago with my family for dinner on my birthday, having been before and enjoyed ourselves I was really looking forward to it. I phoned ahead and booked the table, made sure all the various dietary requirements (nothing too fussy) could be catered for, they assured me it would be fine and took my booking -... More

Have always really liked the Café Andaluz in Edinburgh but this was my first visit to this one. There was nothing wrong as such it was just distinctly average. The table for two was tiny, not enough room when you are eating tapas. £8.15 for a glass of wine seems excessive to me when compared to many other city centre... More

First visit to Cafe Andaluz for my husband and I. Seated immediately on arrival with menus. Ordered a Sangria and Spanish beer which arrived alongside a jug of iced water and 2 glasses. We opted for the 3 tapas and dessert for £12 pp,all the dishes were fantastic, big portions, good quality, just cooked and piping hot but the standout dishes were the... More

Not been for quite a while but decided to go along as they are offering three tapas and dessert for £12. Food was fantastic as usual with the dessert excellent. Just a warning, three tapas is enough for one person as we ordered bread thinking we would be hungry and we ended up totally full up!

Thanks for the great review Derek! Three tapas is absolutely enough (though I will also eat as much of the bread as I can get!) Thanks again! Andrew More

We booked here for Hogmany through 5pm.com. When we arrived the restaurant was very quiet but quickly filled up leaving a lovely atmosphere, the only thing that was missing was spanish music which would have added a nice touch. With the deal we got 3 tapas each and a desert each. We choose 6 different tapas dishes but I highly... More

First time visiting cafe Andaluz. booked a table for four- two adults a child & a baby. on entering staff were on the ball & could not be more helpful. We where seated straight away with the high chair ready and plenty of room for our baby's buggy. If you like your Spanish tapas this is the place to go.... More

Busy city centre resturant. Had the 3 dishes and a sweet for £14.95 (before 6.30). All dishes were well cooked and very tasty. Staff were excellent. Tables are a bit close together. Good choice of dishes ( some have a supplement on the above deal). We hadn't booked but given how busy it was before 6.30 I would recommend booking.

We booked a 5pm deal for New Year's Eve. We were welcomed on arrival and shown to a lovely table. Service was efficient and friendly. The food was delicious and we couldn't fault anything. The goats cheese is highly recommended. The only negative would be about the portion size for our sons meal (it's the smallest kids meal I have... More

Description
Our Glasgow City Centre restaurant has been open since November 2006, and has become one of the most popular restaurants in Glasgow. We attribute this success to our freshly prepared tapas & friendly staff who are always happy to explain our menu and suggest their favourites. We do not compromise on the quality of our raw materials and offer a wide variety of vegetarian, meat and seafood dishes. These are great to share with groups of friends or family, and are a perfect combination when accompanied with one of our Spanish wines, speciality cocktails or our authentic sangria.
