Bit of a wait for a table but totally worth it. Probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a cafe. Black pudding was excellent, great addition of potato cakes on top of the sourdough, and the plentiful chilli jam around the dish was...great. Coffee good, service quick and friendly, and really good value in current climate. No surprise there is a constant queue.More

Waited 30 mins for a table, which was fine. I had lovely heirloom tomatoes on sourdough with avocado and pine nuts and my companion enjoyed their tofu burrito. It’s a little steep in price but it is very pleasant, the service is good and the...food is lovely too.More

These pancakes were to die for. I wasn’t familiar with this place as just visiting Glasgow for a few weeks but it’s obviously very popular from the queue’s to get a table. Love that it’s walk-ins only. Would definitely come here again to try more...of the menu. Great service here too.More

Beautifully presented, tasty food and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed it. One thing to note is that the cafe is very dog friendly (a big bonus for lots of people) and this was fine for me but my brunch companion is scared of dogs and...felt a little awkward to have one sitting up beside him on the sofa. Staff were very good about it and were clear that we could say no to the dog sitting beside him, but we didn’t want to cause a fuss with people sitting beside us. Would definitely return.More

The food here is nice, albeit a bit overpriced. The issue we had was the service. We waited over an hour for a table which we were happy to do, only to be asked what drinks we wanted mid taking our coats off and before...we’d had chance to look at the menu! We asked for a few minutes and the waiting staff rolled their eyes at us. It felt like the most important thing was getting us back out and getting more customers sat at the table. You don’t want to feel rushed when paying a fair amount of money for breakfast and after a long wait for a table. We won’t return.More

Hi there Really sorry this is how we made you feel. I’m Laurie, the owner and it’s actually on my instruction that I’ve asked staff to ask customers right away what drinks they would like . My thought process was that customers generally have waited...More

One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Amazing staff, absolutely delicious food (went two days in a row). Not surprised to see they have 5/5 for reviews.

We were staying in the centre of Glasgow and took a short 7 minute train journey to Crossmyloof. Turn right out of the station, right again at the top of the road and then it is a short distance on your right, only a 5...minute walk. What a find, we had to join the waiting list for a table and it was well worth the 15 minute wait. Smashed avocado with bacon was amazing as was the Brew Benedict with bacon, generous portions of the freshest ingredients all topped off with excellent service. The staff were amazing, the surroundings really cool and had just the best vibe. Well worth the short travel out of the centre of Glasgow.More

Highly recommend this place. Been several times and keep going back. Great food and coffee and love the vibe of the cafe as well as the surrounding area. Also great if you want to sit with a coffee in Queens Park nearby on a day...where it's not raining! Staff super lovely and always welcoming. Will be back.More

The best breakfast I’ve ever had in Glasgow. Staff were very welcoming and the cafe had a great feel to it. Very good quality coffee and my daughter thought the tea tasted good as well. I had the chorizo hash with manchego cheese and my...kids had pancakes with bacon. So delicious, can’t wait to go back.More
