We visited on a Sunday for our son's Birthday. This was my first time here and I have to say that it was by far the best experience. From the minute entering the restaurant to leaving the staff were friendly, courteous and very professional. The serving manner was relaxed and informative for "first timers". then the food came and what... More

Visited for lunch on Sunday. It's wasn't busy, but no matter how quiet it is they always want to sit everyone together. The restaurant was cold and the food so so, my ramen was tasteless. The lettuce/cucumber with the duck spring rolls was actually frozen. Not intending to go back anytime soon

We had a family meal here, and all enjoyed it. Ostensibly this is Japanese food, although it's definitely at the fast food end of the market. We had 4 main courses and 3 side orders, plus soft drinks, for just over £50, which seemed like good value for what we had.

I only ate here once but the food portions were small and not very fresh or flavoursome. The place was busy but I think it was overpriced and not really a great experience. Seemed to rush us out and the staff weren't very attentive. Not the standard we were used to from Wagamamas. A bit pricey for what we got... More

Ordered Yaki Soba chicken, should have been delicious, the quality of food is good here, however, after asking specifically for it served hot, it arrived on a cold plate and the peppers were cold. Staff knew to ask for it hot as i had mentioned it on previous occasions. But they also dont take responsibility. I was charged the full price.

I live just next to Wagamama and to be honest that is the only reason I have dined there a couple of times. I was looking for a word to describe it and "inconsistent" that John S said previously is the exact one! The portions vary from small to reasonable given their prices, the same dishes can be cooked in... More

Always very busy. I personally dont like the bench style tables. I find the quality and flavour of food can be inconsistent. Service again varies from excellent to bordering on surly. My friends like Wagamama and choose to meet here before moving on. I probability would not choose here as my first choice.

Wagamama is great I've eaten in it in many cities. I would recommend the vegetarian katsu curry or cha-han.

Wagamama is one of my favourite places to eat of all time. I have ate at this particular branch so many times. The food is amazing. The best sides for me are Duck Gyoza and Tori Kara Age. The sauce that comes with the Duck Gyoza is amazing and the Gyoza is just not the same without it. The best... More
