The Castle Tavern offers a great look while you're dining. The food was very delicious and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

There were eight of us and the barman managed to get us a couple of tables together. Not easy in a busy pub. Food was great, beer was flowing and the atmosphere was just right. Look forward to our next visit.

My husband and me went there twice and both times were good. Everything was good -food, service, beer and music. It is very important to have nice music in the public places which lets you talk not to yell into the face of your opponent...More

Everything our family had was delicious (fish and chips and a burger) and it was served with a smile and some banter. Really reasonable prices too, and a cosy warm atmosphere, highly recommended!

We slipped into the bar before dinner to watch start of Scotland vs Israel game. Good pub food and wide selection of alcohol. Only bad part was not enough chairs and tables in bar to sit.
