This restaurant is a must when visiting Inverness. Food and service was excellent. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in Scotland.

Celebrating a family birthday we decided to try Rocpool as I had not been before, arrived on a Monday evening 7.30 and already the restaurant was busy with diners. Friendly efficient staff took our orders and wished my husband a Happy Birthday, a super choice...More
We ate here whilst overnighting on our way to Ullapool (Stayed at Kingsmill hotel which is five minute drive away and I would recommend). Quite a small restaurant but full so a nice atmosphere. Even though it’s small, the tables didn’t feel too close to...More
We visited here in early December and I have to say this is probably one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at! From booking the reservation (which is a must), to their communication up to our visit (which was superb), to the reception...More
Warm welcome, great food (I particularly LOVED the beetroot risotto - it was SO good), near fine dining service (eg. they fill your glass if they see it start to be empty), overall excellent experience, highly recommended!

This restaurant is a favourite in Inverness. I met up with a friend for lunch. I had a wonderful turbot tempura meal, she had the linguine with scallops, prawn and rest. Both plates really lovely. Finished off with a lovely crepe brûlée. Enjoy.
Food here is always well presented, flavourful and with lots of variety. The lunch and pre theatre menu, is a little on the expensive side, however, it's always very good. It's on a great spot too, with nice decor and cheery staff.
