Tried this place on a local recommendation while in fort William for the weekend.Menu is a bit limited but what they do have is excellent.Staff are great , food reasonable and they were more than happy to put our BYO in the fridge while we went for a drink beforehand. We would definitely return.

I popped in to Sugar and Spice for a solo dinner while saying in Fort William for work on the advice of TripAdvisor: the reviews aren't wrong. I was alone, but I can imagine going back with friends: the place is sweet and relaxed, and very affordable. The BYOB aspect adds to both of these perks. The vegetarian meal I... More

A fairly basic restaurant with a very limited menu, but what they do, they do well. If you're looking for an expansive menu with bells and whistles or have dietary quirks, I'm not sure this is the right place. If you're looking for a quick yummy green curry then it just might be.

This place was plain and simple but it did exactly what it says on the tin. Good, wholesome, tasty food which was filling and nourishing to boot. Deliciously spiced and warming in the cold Fort William climate. DON'T BE PUT OFF BY BYOB-good food is worth holding off on booze or even better bringing alcohol in for cheap.

Dont be fooled by the outside! Inside its warm and welcoming. The food comes from a simple menu and is superb, BYO another plus point. The High Street is packed with pubs and cafes but you MUST visit this place!

The restaurant opens from Thursdays and has a limited range of dishes but just as the recommender said, the food is really good! We shared prawn crackers and vegetable spring rolls, both with a chilli dip. My husband had a red Thai chicken curry (hot) and I, a green Thai chicken curry (medium hot) - one of the tastiest Thai... Good amount of veggie options. I had vegetable green curry and it was lovely. The staff were attentive but not over bearing. The only downside was that some of the tables were too close to each other, so it was difficult to get in and out.

We stopped in here on our road trip around Scotland. It was great to get some fresh veggies and vegetarian offerings. Very good Thai food.

Food was tasty, good size portions, friendly staff. Good value for money. We were hungry having not had time for lunch but were all very satisfied. We had thai chicken green curry, prawn red curry and stir fry prawn and vegetables dish.
