Popped in for lunch for the family great fresh soup and fantastic home baking. Staff were hepful and attentive and will go again. The big fella in the kitchen was most pleasant Dave I think it is.

Based in the Fort William railway station building but privately run, this is an Excellent, friendly, good value café with great food. Can get busy with people waiting for trains, but staff are helpful & cheerful.

Being marooned at Fort William station for 2 hours due to a total cock-up by Caledonian Sleeper we enjoyed toast, tea and coffee here. Decent service, decent food, clean - nothing fancy whatsoever but not a bad place to be stuck for 2 hours!

Serving a variety of drinks and food, good quiality, service is friendly. Only downside is the fact they close early. Nice place to sit waiting for your train to leave

Popping in for lunch proved to be a far more enjoyable experience than expected ! Good, clean, fresh food, served by very friendly staff who were helpful and appropriately chatty. Lots of locals clearly frequent on a regular basis with the result that the atmosphere was convivial without being invasinve.

Came in for lunch as heard the food is good, we were greeted by a very young girl (youngest of the three working) and she was really nice and friendly to us where as when an older girl gave us a rude stare as we walked in. The older woman working that day seemed miserable. I wondered what happened to... More

We have called again on this trip for lunch and were served by a lovely cheerful waitress, the fish dinner was delicious the service very quick,if it was at all possible we think this place has lmproved. We will be making lochaber cafe our regular calling spot on trips to Fort William.

Ate here whilst transferring from the train to get the bus to Inverness. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the panini I ate was generously filled.
