First night I had haddock and chips all beautifully cooked. Second night I had the special of scallop and chips. Chips weren’t as good as before but the scallops were the sweetest I have ever had.

Had two single haddock and cheesy chips = £21.50! Fish was nice, batter as a bit soggy and oven chips fried???? Average quality but pretty expensive. (Did come with a piece of lemon 🍋)More

How I wish you took the time to send a private message rather than post a very unhelpful review online. You were served by a young lad, one we are trying to train and make confident on the use of the till system, mistakes do...More

£7 for two portions of chips from the freezer. If I did not have two hungry children I would have passed you by and got real chips in Portree much cheaper. What are you , are you a fish and chip shop or a deli..., I don’t know for sure. You say you sell fish and chips so I think you may be a fish and chip shop. Fish and chip shops sell real fresh chips not ones from the freezer.More

Thanks for your comments, we are a fish shop, who provide cooked seafood as a takeaway, chips were added due to customer demand as a side order, we are not a chippy, we certainly do not advertise as a chippy. We have on our menu...More

Found the girl behind the counter with dark hair to be very curt and there was no need for it, while serving she also touched her hair which is completely unhygienic. Food was nice but was totally put of by service.

Excellent food at reasonable price. Relaxed outside seating with great view. Haddock wrap a new one on me but hit the spot with a large fillet. Cullen skink also good

Loved the fish and chips here. Very rarely do I get both good fish and good chips together but this was awesome. Well cooked fresh fish and chips that were well cooked outside and light and fluffy inside. Brilliant job guys.

I come here for lunch most weeks. The foods always great. The prawn rolls and haddock wraps are great. They have taken good covid precautions too

Stopping here after the drive up from Loch Ness we were struck by the variety of amazing seafood on offer nicely presented. I was on drinks only as I am trying to lose weight. My wife had a portion of chips that she found very...moorish. Sat on outside tables on a windy day ( not unusual in this location). I would love to explore the offerings here in more detail on a future visit.More

We picked up dinner to take away - and it was delicious! Hot smoked salmon for my daughter (7), a pan-fried scallop salad and a prawn roll - all really recommended!
