2 mins walk from railway + bus station. 5 mins from town centre. Next to park. Welcomed swiftly, prosecco shortly followed in lounge. Dining room was in conservatory overlooking gardens and carpark. Staff friendly and helpful. Starter salt roasted beetroot + goats cheese scrumptious. Main red mullet with mussel kedgeree and buttered spinach, mini cauliflower cheese gratin. Ordered side chips... We had a really nice lunch here, the service was impeccable, staff friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! We had an Itison voucher, so had two courses and prosecco for our deal. We added one dessert and two coffees. Delicious! Will definitely return

Had a meal here as we were staying at the hotel and this was included in our offer. Good menu choice and food in itself was well presented and tasty. Starters of scallops were lovely and the main of lamb cooked to perfection, finished with the cheese board which again was very nice. Lovely unrushed service although the restaurant was... More

Intend to go back for an evening meal as I could just not justify eating all the delicious food at lunchtime, well worth a... More

This restaurant was superb. It is in a lovely setting, close to the Station Hotel. The food was amazing, the wine wonderful as were the desserts and lovely coffee. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They left you plenty of time in between courses to digest and savour the lovely food all sourced from local ingredients. The prices were... More

Spent an enjoyable Saturday night here and would recommend. Lovely meal and drinks with excellent service. Four of us, having different dishes and all enjoyed. I had phoned previously to ask if they could provide a main course from the lunch menu in the evening and they were more than happy to accommodate. Would certainly have a return visit.

We arrived at Parklands a couple of hours ago, the manager checked us in, and appeared to be very affable. The room was large and pleasant. We went down to dinner, which was supposed to be a "gourmet" experience. I ordered a Crozes Hermitage, a red wine that is supposed to be served at just below room temperature, it was... More
