I don't know why we haven't been to No 63 before, I suspect that we thought it might be too expensive. Mother's Day lunch was certainly good value, I didn't check when booking, and the menu did not show a price, but it was about half to two-thirds of what I was expecting. The menu was a bit fish oriented... More

We got a recommendation to go to 63 Tay Street. We were not disappointed. When opted for the 5 course taster meal which includes a flight of five wines to suit the different courses. The food was lovely and the wine - and I'm not a great wine drinker - was perfect for the coursed served up. It was quite,... More

Visited 63 after reading reviews. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The meal was really a good choice. We chose the taster meal with wine it was expensive but it was for a special occasion. Couldn't afford to eat there too often.

We booked in on Friday evening and were very surprised by the excellence of the tasting menu and the flight of wines enthusiastically described by the somallier. A wonderful evening.

Partner wanted to treat us to a special meal, ordered the taster menu with the exclusive wine flight. Bread arrived, we started to eat it & waitress rushed over to tell us there was a dip to come which wasn't quite ready - kind of set the tone. Wine would arrive sit for a while then we would start getting... More

Description
Perths 63 Tay Street is regularly billed as one of Scotlands top restaurants. Set in a typical imposing grey stone building, the small but perfectly formed dining room is pure elegance from soaring ceilings to polished wood floors. The menu is made up of British classics given a contemporary twist, so youll find your Aberdeen Angus served with an oxtail sauce and your Inverurie lamb rack, neck and shank may be served with traditional neeps, but youll also find chorizo mash on your plate. The use of fresh, local ingredients and fine produce sourced from further afield means that every dish promises to delight those tastebuds.
