Very good sandwiches and soup. Small but well staffed and no nonsense. Imaginative sandwich choices. Easily one of the busiest along the Main Street of Pitlochry, but also noticed it was a favorite of locals as well as travelers

We had the best seat beside the fire on the coldest weekend in November. Enjoyed the bar snacks and the ambience; also enjoyed watching Andy Murray winning.

Stopped in for a couple of drinks. Pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. A band was playing traditional music and were very talented. Was very quiet for a Saturday night which i found surprising.

This was my first time eating here. We were drawn in as it looked very cosy on a winter's night. It was, log fire etc. The food was fine - nothing wrong with it but nothing special. I had to order the food from the bar. I couldn't open a tab so had to pay for everything as I ordered... More

We stayed in Pitlochry for a few days and looked around for some restaurants, most of them are quite expensive but this one was perfect and the food was still good quality. We liked it here so much that we came here two nights in a row. The atmosphere is warm and laid back and all the staff are lovely.... More

Stopped here for lunch yesterday and tried to order burgers but we were told by barstaff that no buns had been delivered so it would have to be plain burgers. Considering there is a supermarket just up the road where buns could be bought I found this to be strange! We decided on 2 fish & chips, 1 steak pie... More

We went in for a drink on a Sunday evening. The bar had a few people in. The fuy behind the bar wearing a kilt, turned out to be from Muldova, but he was very polite and friendly. The drinks were fine. On the Sunday we went in, the entertainment was provided by a chap who played violin, guitar and... More

We ordered from the fish n chip eatery next to the restaurant. Quick and cheap. Several different options to order. Nice picnic area to sit and eat. Food was okay.
