Sadly, you will find the Pitlochry Boating Station closed for the winter but it will open again in the Spring ... it is on Facebook so you can always message them to clarify a 2017 opening via that. We think it is the best spot in Pitlochry for a sit down refreshment stop. Lovely food and drinks. Welcoming owners ...... More

Overpriced and rather dingy. A coffee and tea with two small biscuits £7.90......not really very good at all

Noticed the sign as we drove into Pitlochry, and a quick U turn took us down to the cafe. A delightful spot on the loch-shore, and as good a bacon butty as I've had. We sat outside, and the food was cheerfully brought out to us. We enjoyed watching the ducks too !

Lovely setting, but was disappointed with service. Visited this cafe in 2015 with friends for a "Scottish" breakfast. We were 5 minutes after cut off time for this so were refused. This year my friend wanted a fried egg sandwich. They would not do this as "it was not on the menu". - only fried egg roll- despite the fact... More

My husband and I had been out for a walk and stumbled upon this wonderful cafe. Noticed that there is quite a big car park at the bottom of the road leading down to the cafe. It was round about 11am and we just wanted a small bite. We had one tea and one coffee and both of us opted... More

What a lovely wee place with an amazing view of Loch Faskally. I have had breakfast and lunch here and I look forward to going back. A wee bit dated inside but I think that just adds to the charm of sitting there having a wee bite to eat and looking over the loch. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely views. Good bacon sandwiches and coffee. Stunning views. Stop off while walking the Pitlochry paths or just drive down park the car and enjoy.

Recently spent a lovely lunch time here with friend, the soup was lovely and even my daughter commented on how tasty it was. Only leaving we purchased cakes to take away and they could not be more accommodating. The views are lovely and it's very peaceful.

Came here several times for breakfast whilst staying at a nearby caravan park. Both food and service was very good. The setting down on the banks of loch Faskally makes this a very pleasant place to eat
