Went for lunch yesterday. Food dried up and unappetizing. Coronation chicken was small uniform cubes of tasteless gunk. Bread stale. Chips cold and hard. Everything got cold while waiting for coffee. Overpriced and cheap food. Never again.

Nice cafe food, lots of choice. No complaints. Look forward to going again soon..............also they do a lovely breakfast at a reasonable price.

As the title says 45 mins wait for 3 inedible sandwiches in stale bread, which are vastly overpriced. Also I walk with crutches, if I was hit once by inconsiderate auld biddies, I was hit and bumped into several times. Another thing they obviously don't enforce the disabled parking, as half the cars weren't displaying badges.

Met a friend here a couple of days ago. Had to wait in a queue for a good 5mins before being served....... there was only a group of three in front of me. Then had to wait again in another queue to pay! How does this place manage when it is really busy?! While waiting in the first queue I... More

Dropped in while doing some gardening shopping. The lovely carvery / buffet serving area is full of great looking goodies. After being jostled for a while at the checkout we eventually found a seat. Noticed that the seating area viewed from within the shop was pleasant and alcoved but covered in reserved signs. The area "through the back" was a... More

Had a huge hair in a prawn sandwich. Disgusting. Was replaced but really did put us off our food. Baked potato was average but will not be returning for food in a while.

Recently visited for lunch taking my daughter and gran. Myself and my little girl had hot meal. She had bangers, chips & beans and I had macaroni, chips & beans. Macaroni was completely tasteless, our chips were dried out and everything only lukewarm mainly due to the fact that the queues were so long and only one till open. Total... More

After collecting our new car in nearby Ayr we had lunch here. Very popular eating place and can understand adverse reviews about having to wait in the 'bottle neck' to get coffees - but it's not the staff's fault - they work their butts off! The Gents is an aromatic delight - perhaps the Manager should give the cleaning staff... More

The Servery does not work well for customers. The wait at the Coffee station takes far too long. Servers busy joking with one another whilst we all wait. They need some training how to get Coffee out quickly and not let our meal go cold whilst standing in line. Just horrible wait.

Had a delicious afternoon tea. the service from Cal and Gemma was Excellent. Thankyou very much. Dobbie's at Ayr is the place to go, they've started putting out Christmas decorations. A real treat.
