I wrote a review in February about kfc having improvement but it’s gone down hill again. A mini fillet burger takes them 10-15 minutes and staff are rude and slow. Also prices need to be dropped
Absolutely terrible. New touch screen order system doesn’t feature all products. It’s been in 2 months and staff don’t know how it works. It allows you to order and pay for food they don’t have stock of.
Food took over half an hour for a very small order, no apology offered ands drinks were under-filled. When we pointed this out there was no attempt to remedy it.

Me and my friend have just went to kfc in Hamilton and got the same thing we always get.. zinger box meal which comes with 2 hot wings! We both took one bite into the wings and were disgusted at how the chicken looked inside!!!...More
It used to be the worst place around.now they have had a big improvement, new staff and service is quick. but prices are still a Little expensive
Entered drive through and finally got food after 33 minutes. Absolute joke of a set up. Franchise needs removing from them.
Staff don't have a clue. The service is incredibly slow. After a 30 minute wait I got home and the order was wrong. Would suggest training for the staff be re done.
