Very attractive place, had cullin skink and fish and chips. Delicious meal topped off with apple crumble. Great service, reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

We had macaroni cheese here - very cheesy and satisfying. Good range of interesting beers and wines, and friendly service.
Historic and traditional pub, with a variety of real ales on offer and a good whisky selection. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the pub and the bar the unpleasant and omnipresent smell of the urinals will hit your nose like a sledgehammer. It's really...More

Friendly staff make you feel at home and the food is very good. I recommend the steak pie and my partner loved the chicken with haggis.
Good pub food with a wow factor. Reasonable range of beers with a 'special' of three small glasses of different beers. 2 of the 3 I chose were not available!

Good food, atmosphere, price and service. I eat here about 10 times each summer when I take my tours-of-scotland.com tour guests. They love it also. I eat here by myself between tours as well. Convenient to Edinburgh with good food and reasonable pricing.
