Absolutely delicious food and we received great service from our waitress. It's also in a good location, right in the middle of Blarney town with ample parking on the street and nearby car parks. The food was the nicest Chinese food I have tasted in a very long time. We do regular visit to this restaurant it’s probably the best... More

A takeaway of Spring Roll (three tiny items) and Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup (very small bowl) proved to be of low quality therefore walk around the corner for twice the quantity and quality!!!

We have great food in Ireland, but there was literally no better food than we had at the Lantern House. The very affordable food was unique and delicious. I had their sliced steak and my wife had the duck. Everyone in our group ate their recommended dishes and were impressed! Our friends from Australia really enjoyed the Tiger beer.

Food was delicious hot and just enough. Restaurant is on the small side and great prices. Under €10 for a 2 course lunch. Chicken is proper chicken not pumped full of water with jellylike consistency like other Chinese restaurants. Def will return. Great value for money

As a special treat for my 13 yr old grandson, I took him to the local driving range and then to Lantern House ( 10 min walk ) for lunch. Outstanding value @ 9.95 euro for starter ..main course..tea..and free mineral of your choice. The waiter couldn't have been nicer and so friendly..food was absolutely beautiful and portions were huge..... More

Food was great and service was fast. Very good. Beer was served with ice which was weird. But everything else was great.

Visited here with family, there were 8 of us seated together. The service was great, the food was absolutely beautiful. Definitely a great choice, I would highly recommend eating here.

Hi Folks, Please find my review of the Lantern. If you find it of any use at all, please click the helpful green tab at the end of the review. Thank you. Dined here with my Wife and some of my Cousins. My Wife and I had Chciken and Beef curries, shared a rice and shared some fries. Beautiful, ample,... More
