We stopped for two takeaway Curries and a Naan Bread on the way back from Cork Centre, and the food was tasty and good value.

Was on a weekend trip to Cork and stopped here on the way back to the hotel - amazed at how good the kebab was - literally the best I've ever tasted. Fresh chapati cooked right there to order and good value too. They really should give it a makeover as it deserves to be better known. Right across the... More

Every few weeks I am drawn back to this place for their Chicken Tikka Special. What a great value meal. For €6 you get - Half portion of chiken tikka masala, half portion of rice, one samosa, one naan, poppadom and a bottle of water. If you like your curries I recommend asking for extra spicy as I find it... More

Absolutely grand for a quick takeaway in the city. Very fresh and the staff are nice. Don't be put off by decor but do remember its a takeaway and not your fine-dining experience. Really good naan.

It feels a bit odd rating a takeaway as a restaurant. They do have a sit in area if you need a shelter from the rain. For whatever it's worth, we had an excellent Chicken Tikka Masala at this place.

My Husband and I called in to The Spice Route after a show recently. It is mostly takeaway bussiness. The kebabs were lovely and fresh and tasty. The staff were nice and friendly. We enjoyed our visit and will be back. They have good value .

1/10 would not recommend to a friend. I went there on a Tuesday at about 3:42 pm and the service was okay but the quality of the food was dismal. I'm sorry for the aggressive language but that's how much I disliked my "spice route" experienced. Will be back soon though hopefully :) Ger x

Having walked past a few times I went in for lunch. The staff are awesome! Make you feel welcome and special. Exactly how customers should be treated. So much variety so something for everyone and at a really good price. I had the saag paneer which I have to say was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Feed the family for €26. 4 kebab meals (including french fries and a mineral) cooked to your taste in about 7 minutes. Really fantastic service and good kebabs. If you ring in your order they will have it ready for you to collect.
