I didn’t even know I liked fish and chips until now. I mean I have had them before, and in a few different countries, but wow. The food here is fresh, fast and phenomenal

Had deep fried fish and chips at The Fish Wife Grand parade , chips were crispy and tasty. but the fish was completely flavorless and could have been anything.. the mushy peas were ok just.. and the tartar sauce was terrible..Very average really nothing special....More

The Fish Wife is a new Take away on the Cork scene. the Fish Wife prides itself on quality locally sourced fresh food. Burgers are produced daily by the local butcher. Chips are cut daily in the shop and fish are sourced locally. Specials vary depending on availabilty. Shop is charming, quirky and homely. Small but cute!!
