Visited the Olde Glen on Sunday night. The bar was packed, friendly and welcoming. Had an excellent dinner. Went for the full three courses and every one went down well. Good choice of wine. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They knew the food and could suggest accompanying wines. Definitely worth the visit. We caught a cab from Dunfanaghy.

Always have to start my visits here with a few pints of Guinness in the bar. They serve a fantastic pint and the traditional bar appeals greatly with a fantastic selection and good service. Through to the restaurant and another meal of high quality. The hake special was extremely good. We ordered three steaks, one rare, one medium rare and... More

This is one of those places you'll fall in love with straight away. You enter through a traditional pub full of chatter and characters for pre dinner drinks then on through to the rear to enjoy mouthwatering food cooked to perfection in the restaurant. Service is always attentive and the food to die for. There's a great wine selection to... More

I can't praise this place highly enough. The food, service and ambience is the best I've ever encountered The staff are so pleasant and really attentive. Live traditional music can sometimes be enjoyed in the front bar while waiting to be seated. And there are always a few locals enjoying the craic for your entertainment while you are waiting!!

Friendly staff. Excellent ambiance. Consistently delicious food. That one of Ireland's finest pubs is next door is an added bonus.

Unfortunately the restaurant was booked out. It is very popular & definitely needs to be booked in advance. The tea rooms filled the spot. Tasty wholesome food.

I felt our meal was rushed. There were as many staff as there were diners. No one staff member was allocated to our table and so we were asked several times through each course if everything was ok. Which was very irritating when trying to eat. While looking at the dessert menu we were asked 3 times if we were... More
