This quaint restaurant offers a variety of absolutely irresistible pastries to choose from. There are other more substantial meals on offer but the pastries are the star attraction. Great service, lots of different codes in a casual, homey environment. Worth the calories, for sure!

We went for breakfast in the smaller branch opposite the city hall and it was brilliant so we came back to the bigger cow lane branch for coffee and a cake later in the day. Friendly and attentive staff at both branches, good value and...More

Or hotel recommended the Queen of Tarts and I'm so glad they did. It has a cozy feel, great food, and good coffee. The scones were fabulous and both meals we ordered were delicious.

Queen of Tarts; Not to be Missed It is said a trip to Dublin is not considered complete without at least one breakfast or afternoon tea at the Queen of Tarts. Excellent pastries and other baked delights to enjoy with morning coffee or tea. Very...More

This place is becoming a regular visit when I travel to Dublin. Had breakfast today, delicious. While not partaking in a vegetarian lifestyle the menu tempted me to try. Not that there wasn't enough for a carnivore to enjoy. Food , presentation and staff were...More

Queen of Tarts served our favorite scones in Ireland. The raspberry and blueberry scones are huge and filled with delicious fresh berries. We ate scones all across the country and looked forward to coming back to Dublin to have them here again. Lovely little restaurant...More

The Queen of tarts is opposite Dublin Castle on Dame St. So I would suggest getting off on Dame St in front of Dublin castle. It’s a small bright red cafe directly opposite & of course you can always ask anyone on the street... More

I don't think so and you would loose out on the fantastic environment and atmosphere not going into the cafe itself!

A friendly restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and delicious baked goods throughout the day. We have two locations in Dublin City Centre across from Dublin Castle, two minutes apart from each other. Drop in for a homemade scone with raspberry jam and cream, or a seasonal savoury tart.
