Visited with husband & 2 young children. We were in a rush & it was a busy bank holiday weekend. Found service extremely efficient for such a busy day. Waiter friendly & helpful. Restaurant was packed. Colours & activity sheet a nice touch. Children's menu excellent value. My little girl loved the dough ball, pizza, juice & lolly. My pollo... More

Myself and my girlfriend went here for food tonight. We said we would try it as we have never been here before. We both got the dough balls for starter and I ordered a margherita pizza for mains, the missus ordered an American for mains. They brought out the doughballs and we ate them, they were tasty. They brought out... More

Stopped here for a "quick" bite, 3 starters ordered (one was a cold salad) waited over 30 minutes all the while watching people who ordered after eating first! The food was fine, the waitress did apologise but felt underwhelmed by the Milano experience..

Terrible experience today at milano Dundrum. We were initially greeted by a very friendly young man who brought us to our table. We then waited 15 minutes for anyone to come near us to take an order. 15 minutes for our drinks to be served. Half an hour for our starters to arrive and were told that our starters had... More

We visited this restaurant last weekend we were a party of 7. My children love this restaurant and they gobble up the dough balls and pizza that's put in front of them. Our meals were delicious too. Staff are friendly and attentive and they are always doing a value offer off the meal which makes to paying easier on the... More

Have visited many times - as the children like the pizzas but every visit lets the food down. Pizza missing from order, waiting way too long to order food, cold food...the list goes on. They do give out colours etc. and have a nice kids menu. The pizza is really nice but they really need to improve the service.

Went into Milano's after a spa day with my friend. We ordered the dough balls with 3 dips as a starter to share. There were nice except we got the smallest amount of garlic butter, which was the nicest of 3 dips. For our main we ordered pizza. I ordered margarita buffalo with extra mushroom (surplus of €2) and my... More

Food was nice when it came. The waiter's English was not great. They forgot to cook one of our party's pizza. When it did arrive it was wrong because he didn't understand what we ordered. They neglected to apply a special offer of free desert with 2 courses & overcharged.
