The food tasted lovely but i was very ill afterwards. I am Coeliac so not getting gluten free is a serious issue for me. My wife contacted the restaurant to ensure it would not happen again. a staff member took message and promised that a...More

We visited the Whitefriar Grill on a Thursday evening. They were able to seat us without reservations. Our servers were very friendly and attentive. Food was terrific and plentiful. Rib sauce, although not what we were used to, was very tasty and well made. Ribs...More

Food was very good, we had the two course menus. Wine selection was good and prices were fair. The waitstaff was very nice, we got a free dessert when they found out that we were celebrating our anniversary. The atmosphere however is lacking. The tables...More

A friend and myself dropped in for Sunday brunch and we both ended up having the breakfast with a side of great fries. The breakfast was top notch (see pic) and good value at €12.95. Service was with a smile from all the staff. It...More

Cosy ambience and fully booked of a Wednesday which is always reassuring. Can't argue with the value of the early bird menu. Great variety on dishes, the vegetarian in our group was very well catered to despite the restaurant being synonymous with steak. The kiwi...More

Great brunch! Such a popular place. I had quinoa salad and the courgette fritters it was amazing! The egg dishes looked incredible that other tables had! I can't wait to go back. The cocktails and juices looked great too! Next time I'll go for dinner!

We've been here a couple of times, as it is our trusted brunch place. Always packed but that doesn't affect the quality of the food or the service. It might not be the most romantic place on a Saturday afternoon but it's definitely the perfect...More

With only room for sixty guests, reservations are definitely recommended. The food was artistically presented and delicious. An early bird special was available all Monday evening which made the prices excellent for such a fine meal. The wait staff was cheerful and helpful going out...More

This was quite a pleasant little lunch place. The food was good, but the menu is quite limited, so make sure to look at the menu before booking. The table was quite small and cramped but we had an enjoyable lunch with friends.

Hi, this restaurant is quite small, I don't remember seeing highchairs or a kids menu there but you could check, maybe for lunch it might be child friendly but I don't think it is really suitable in the evenings (I have 2... More

Yes and both types and if they don't have what you want, someone will pop next door to Bow Lane and get it from there.
