At the suggestion of our nearby hotel, we had our first Irish breakfast at this cafe. The food was good and the staff was friendly and patient, which was important because we were sleep deprived. We came back later in the day for a snack.

Lovely friendly staff in the cafe, and great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine with the church opposite. The only drawback was the Polish beggar who came up to ask for money at 10.30am in the morning.

We arrived in Ireland early Sunday morning. Candy Café is connected to the same building as Castle Hotel. We went there for our first Irish breakfast meal. Coffee was great too!

Hi Andrea My sincerest apologies for yesterday. I understand from speaking with Togi (Shop Manager) that at that time she had a power outage which unfortunately disabled the cash register and the credit card machine until about 1030am. I can assure you that she did not mean that you are not welcome. In actual fact she was under pressure trying... More

Ate breakfast here a few times. Excellent value and very good coffee. The wait staff are very attentive and personal. Definitely worth a visit for breakfast or quick sandwich.

We came here for lunch cause it's right opposite our hotel and our room wasn't ready yet. Food was goof, staff friendly enough.

A lovely little cafe where we enjoyed yummy cakes and coffees whilst sitting on a comfy sofa in this lovely little find. It is on the corner next to The Castle Hotel and was a lovely way to recharge our batteries.
