A truly incredible experience from start to finish. Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff and a fantastic, varied tasting menu made all the more impressive by not being fixed thus being able to be adapted to cater for personal tastes and dietary needs. I’d really recommend having...More

My mom and I went there in November, we had problem with the flight and didn't have enough time to try Chapter One and Patrick Guilbaud. So we decided to try Patrick Guilbaud because it is the only Michelin 2 star in Ireland and I...More

Took our Board for the annual thank you dinner. Great food, service and ambience in a first class venue. By using the fixed price Christmas menu the cost was very reasonable too. Fantastic cuisine and first class service. Highly recommended.

We had the full tasing menu, and it was mostly very interesting, very good, beautifully presented and well balanced. Just towards the end it all got too chocolatey for my liking, I felt a lot of the previous subtle tastes were simply destroyed by the...More

Another wonderful experience. Everything is parfait at RPG. It is our family’s restaurant of choice for a special occasion. This was our son’s university graduation lunch. We also celebrated his Christening, First Communion and Confirmation here (although his Christening was in the former building -it...More

We wanted to celebrate a family get together and have memories to last a lifetime - Guilbaud’s excelled! Some Michelin Restaurants can be so professional as to be formal and stuffy...Patrick and his team have shown how it can and should be done. Absolutely perfect...More

It's always better to go to a nice place on your own than NOT go there, so yes, do it.

I´ve only dined at the restaurant once, and then I saw people with everything from suits to denim. It´s fine dining so I will not recommend jeans, but if you must then at least wear dark ones and a shirt. Enjoy your visit :)
