We hosted a business dinner for about 30 people which turned out to be a most enjoyable occasion. It's been a long time since we hosted a group at this venue and I'm wondering why we left it so long. The service was first class and every need was catered for. We were quite delayed getting there (our fault) but... More

I've eaten here twice in the last year and hope to go again soon - courtesy of a voucher. Chapter One is by no means cheap, but the cost is reflected in the food and the service. Most recent dinner here, we had the tasting menu and matching wines. The sommelier was incredibly helpful, as were all the staff. The... More

We knew Chapter One had a Michelinstar, but as it was quite far from our hotel, we decided not to make a reservation here for dinner. Just an amazing place to visit and enjoy. I go here a lot and never have I had a bad experience. Food is on a par with anywhere in London or NY. The service is charming and sincere. It's the best of Irish cuisine.

Everything is perfect, from the welcoming and attentive maitre to the seating arrangements, to the knowledgeable service... and of course the food. All in all, it's also excellent value. Well deserved stars.

We had the excellent prix fixe lunch, great value for such elegant food. The red mullet was especially good. The spring veg were a revelation.

My husband and myself and another couple dined at Chapter One on a busy Saturday night in early June. I had made a reservation some weeks earlier prior to leaving Australia. It is probably one of the best dining experiences I have had. Fantastic fresh food, beautifully presented, with just the right sort of service - fun and attentive -... More
