IF you could build your ideal Dublin pub - with the black stuff as it's meant to taste - this is it - just don't tell too many people or I'll not get served next visit - loved it

We called in to Kehoe's while wandering around the city centre. We managed to blag the small snug area which is just inside the door. The pub has bags of character which is genuine and not some 'themed' bar. Friendly staff and not badly priced.

Another gem of a bar in the city of Dublin, serving a great pint of Guinness again! Fast efficient service in this busy venue, very traditional in dark oak features in bright lighting with several snugs areas for couples and large groups. Also there’s a...More

Absolutely love everything about this pub, it has a great history and is located in an idea part of Dublin for everyone to get to. The decor is exactly how a good pub should be and feels warm and inviting, like stepping into somewhere familiar....More

Called in here a couple of times to watch rugby matches. Always a decent atmosphere. Big selection of gin, plus the Guinness is great!

I hope this pub never changes. Just old world & so atmospheric. It is always busy so many nooks & corners. And the Guinness is great which is without doubt the most popular drink. Great service too. Hope this pub never changes. A real pub....More

Don’t tell anyone but this is my favourite pub in Dublin. It’s old school and hopefully will never change. Good Guinness, great atmosphere and never changed in all the years.

The first pub we visited on recommendation from a friend back home. We enjoyed 3 pints of Guinness each here in a traditional Irish setting, the decor hasn't changed for nearly 100 years and there's a lot of history in this 1 building. A Must-see...More

I would agree with Kbono14 about Keoghs. Maybe worth a try at Doheny & Nesbitt if you want a true Irish pub experience (Baggot St) or assuming your son eats meat (I'm taking dairy to mean cheese, milk & eggs) I can truly... More
