The food was good and the service fine once they got going. We arrived in plenty of time but the table wasn't ready and they were extremely busy and they didn't handle the delay particularly well regarding it as our problem as a pose to theirs. There isn't a huge amount of space between tables-not an overly relaxed dining experience.

Family of four visited on a busy Saturday night for celebratory Dinner to celebrate my daughters birthday . We all had 3 courses and declared them perfect . Wine was excellent and reasonably priced . Service was attentive without being too "over the top".My daughter had researched for hours and selected this restaurant it was excellent . So much so... More

We were wondering around Temple Bar area looking for a lunch location that wasn't just Irish pub food. Fortunately, we chose the Larder. The soups were fantastic. They were very accommodating with food allergies and substituted the potatoes with a fresh salad. If we had more time in Dublin, we'd go again!

Two nights in Dublin with my wife , we booked two restaurant evening meals. This was by far the best of the two. Good service and a lovely surrounding. My wife and I both had the chicken wings to start , spicy but served with a cool blue cheese sauce. I had the pork stuffed with lamb (delicious) and my... More

The Larder is a lovely restaurant, on Parliament street! I had the crab and crayfish starter, and rib eye for main, ordered it medium rare but it was more medium well, which was a shame as all of the other food was delicious!

Check this one out. Excellent rice balls appetizer and perfect ribeye. Amazing salmon. And you can make a Rez on Opentable. We're going back tomorrow! End of story.

We had a really lovely dinner here. Loved the decor and setting. The food is really delicious. We were looked after by a lovely waitress (Christine) and two very friendly waiters. A relaxing and memorable evening and meal. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I had dinner at The Larder last weekend with three friends. The dining room is lovely – nicely decorated and oozing with atmosphere. I had a crab and crayfish starter which was very nice but not exceptional. It could have done with something zingy such as a bit more lime or citrus, to give it a fresher, cleaner taste but... More

Good bottled craft beers as well as a very tasty lamb burger. The fries were really cripsy and very tasty. It was very busy on a saturday night and we were lucky to get a table without a reservation, saw at least 3 sets of people turned away, so be sure to make a reservation.

Came across The Larder by chance on our first day in Dublin. Hopelessly lost and very hungry, we decided to take a chance. And we were very glad that we did. The staff were friendly and very keen to ensure that we had a good dining experience. As I have a restricted diet, the chef made a dish just for... More
