As a group of 4 travelers in Galway for only two days, we were looking for a good meal and authentic Irish experience. On the positive side, the service was quick and pleasant, and there was a lively atmosphere, unfortunately, all four meals were terrible. From the burgers to the salmon to the vegetables that tasted like they came from... More

Had a couple of pints here during our stay in Galway. The staff was awesome. Didn't eat so can't speak for the food but would return in a heartbeat.

Had a great night drinking here with very attentive staff and prices not too bad. Pina colada cocktail was lovely! Truely irish pub for tourists coming to visit our wonderful wee country

We visited The Dail Bar in April for a large group meal with mixed tastes/dietary requirements. I'm always nervous booking a group meal as you can never please everyone - or so I thought! We couldn't have had a nicer meal which suited all tastes and was great value for money. All 11 in the group left full, satisfied and... More

If you want a good traditional bar then this is the place. Food was authentic and drinks were cold. I would come back in a heartbreak, just don't bring outside food in.

We visited this restaurant on Saturday 29th April. We were visiting Galway for the day and had been here for a drink two years previous, to the day. The atmosphere at night is great. So we decided to try the food. The menu was great, really good choice and variety of options. My boyfriend got the roast of the day... More

Stopped for a bite to eat at lunchtime on Sunday. We were a party of six and were seated immediately. Our waitress was efficient and helpful and our drinks order brought quickly whilst we browsed the menu. We had wings (barbecue and hot and spicy), burger and filo parcel all washed down with wine and Guinness. Perfect portion size. Lovely... More

We are a family of 5. 3 kids ranging from 2yrs old to 6yrs old and this place was amazing for us. We were seated, menus in hand, drinks and starters served in a flash. Countless check-in's from the friendly staff to make sure all was well. The owner/manager was really great with the kids, having found a stray doll... More
